Optimizing HIC for rapid and in-depth ADC characterization

Unlock faster, more reliable ADC characterization by mastering hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC). This webinar reveals how purposeful control of HIC parameters from column chemistry to mobile-phase conditions lets you separate even highly diverse payload and linker variants with confidence, shortening method-development time and accelerating critical QC decisions.

The speaker will demonstrate side-by-side HIC profiles of multiple ADC formats, explain how to match column selectivity and gradient design to your specific conjugate, and highlight the newest stationary phases plus hyphenated detector options for deeper, one-run insights. As an attendee, you will gain insights on how to tweak HIC methods for rapid screening or high-resolution analysis, when to pair HIC with innovative detection combinations, and how to bring these state-of-the-art approaches into workflows for streamlined ADC analysis.

Attend this webinar to:

  • Learn how to tailor HIC conditions such as columns, gradients, and mobile phases, for effective separation of diverse ADCs
  • Understand when and how to apply advanced detectors with HIC for deeper, multiplexed ADC analysis
  • Gain practical strategies for accelerating method development and streamlining QC workflows using modern HIC techniques
