Achieving scalable, high-yield plasmid DNA purification processes

Join this webinar to explore how to overcome key bottlenecks in plasmid (p)DNA downstream processing.

Using real-world process data, the session will explore how to optimize each step—from lysis to sterile filtration—for maximum yield, purity, and regulatory compliance.

The webinar will feature case studies demonstrating a fully integrated, end-to-end pDNA purification process achieving

  • >98% integrity and >64% process recovery of supercoiled pDNA
  • >95% sc pDNA in lysate using automated in-line lysis
  • >90% recovery rates for both AEX and HIC steps
  • <4% loss in final UF/DF and sterile filtration

Plus, we demonstrate real-time process monitoring using at-line analytics to fine-tune performance and ensure quality

Join the webinar to learn how to:

  • Overcome scale-up challenges in pDNA production, including control over lysis and chromatographic separation at large scale
  • Maximize recovery and consistency at gram-scale while meeting regulatory standards
  • Implement continuous plasmid purification to preserve pDNA quality
  • Leverage at-line analytics to monitor and optimize purification in real time
