Oligonucleotide therapeutics  are at an inflection point. With a growing pipeline of approved medicines and many more in clinical development, the pressure to  scale manufacturing efficiently and sustainably  has never been greater.

This pressing challenge brought together  36 leading experts from industry and academia  for an invitation-only event exploring the field's most urgent priorities — captured across  six live polls over two days .

Enhancing the Efficiency and Sustainability of Oligonucleotide Manufacturing: 28–29 April

The move from rare-disease programmes to large chronic indications is rewriting the rules of oligonucleotide manufacturing. Infrastructure, synthesis methods, and commercial models built for kilograms are now being asked to deliver tonnes, and the decisions that will determine who keeps pace need to be made as soon as possible.

To confront this, 36 senior experts from industry and academia met across two days of pre-competitive discussion.
