Exploring the latest advances in purification and analysis of oligonucleotide therapeutics

Live30 webinars are thirty-minute presentations designed to update you on the latest innovations, applications, and data in a fast yet interactive format.

Recent innovations in analytical techniques for oligonucleotide therapeutics have introduced more efficient and effective methods for separating and characterizing these complex molecules, and this webinar will provide a deep dive into the latest breakthroughs. The speaker will share insights from a case study evaluating a novel anion exchange resin for purifying 41mer RNA, and explore the potential of hydrophobic interaction chromatography to capture protected oligonucleotides for on-column cleavage.

Analytical approaches including various ultra-high performance liquid chromatography modes and alternative detection technologies such as multi-angle light scattering (MALS) will also be reviewed, along with real-world case study data on how they have been successfully implemented to enhance the development processes.

Attendees will explore practical strategies to optimize purification processes, enhance manufacturing efficiency, and integrate cutting-edge techniques that improve the safety and performance of oligonucleotide therapeutics.

Attend this webinar to:

  • Explore findings from an industrial case study evaluating a novel anion exchange resin for purifying 41mer RNA and its impact on purification efficiency and therapeutic quality
  • Discover innovative chromatography strategies that directly influence safety, stability, and efficacy of oligonucleotide therapeutics
  • Understand how cutting-edge methodologies streamline workflows while meeting industry standards and regulatory requirements
